Engagement: 2007 – 2012 · Textile Agent and Business Development Mandate

Engagement began in 2007 as commission-based Agent for the company's textile chemicals business in Thailand, with the territory subsequently expanded to Vietnam and Indonesia. The mandate ran for five years until 2012.

Between 2008 and 2010, in parallel with the textile agency, a second mandate covered Business Development for the company's Paper and Agro business units in Vietnam — a structurally different engagement, run on a monthly retainer with travel expenses covered. The scope included distributor identification, qualification, and market analysis for two business units new to the region.

The overall engagement ended in 2012 when the client divested several of its textile business units as part of a wider strategic reorganization.
