Engagement began in 2012 as Agent and Business Developer in Thailand, focused on the company's technical textiles division. The five-year mandate centred on exploring commercial opportunities with local Thai fashion houses — identifying potential partners, opening conversations, and accompanying senior client representatives during their visits to Thailand.

The mandate also included a two-way market development component: bringing qualified Thai prospects to Milan for the main international textile exhibitions, where they could meet the client's commercial and product teams directly.

The agreement ran its full five-year term and was concluded by mutual choice at the end of the cycle in 2016.
