A thirteen-year engagement that evolved progressively through three commercial structures with the same Italian principal, anchored throughout by personal trust at founder level.

The relationship began in 2008 as a commission agency for sublimation inks in Thailand and Bangladesh. After early commercial results, the founder of the client company appointed MC Square as Area Manager for both markets — a more senior mandate combining commercial development with closer technical and customer-relationship management on the ground.

The third evolution came when the founder supported MC Square in becoming the distributor for the Bangladesh market, with full trading responsibility for that territory — an unusual progression that reflected accumulated trust rather than a standard agency-to-distribution transition.

The engagement concluded in 2021 when the client company, having been acquired by an investment fund, adopted a new strategic direction under its new ownership.
